The Klein Academy Cup

The Klein Academy Cup (also known as the K.A.C) is our school achievement marathon. It is a two month race in which the racers try to do the most school. The racers move upto 5 spaces depending on how much school they get done. at the finish line of the first ever Klein Academy cup here's how the racers stacked up. Lauryn and Angi are tied for third place and have yet to finish the race, in second is Carter who kept it close and finished one space behind me, Grant who finished in first.

My Cousins

my cousins (Hunter, Hayden, and Hannah) came to visit last Monday. It was awesome!

First we went to a Kansas City T-bones baseball game. It was a good day mom ended up being filmed dancing on the jumbo tron (big screen) and the T-bones won 4-2

Me and Hayden caught two foul balls and got them both signed.

Then we went to Worlds of fun and Oceans of fun. and I decided to go on the patriot (which has three loop the loops, goes upside down four times, and is lightning fast) and the mamba (which is as deadly as its name and is the tallest ride in the park) or in other words the two biggest roller coasters in Kansas City.

"Aaaaaaah! my clothes are out of style! "

dear ten year olds,
80's clothes are very weird. They make you look "5,8" and 170 pounds when (like me) you're only "4,8" and 70 pounds, imagine what shaq would look like in them in them. Anyway here is my new (or old) self portrait.

My First Triathlon

Getting "marked" for the swim leg of the race.
Elise was so exited.

I was in heat seven with other ten year olds and one eleven year old.

Getting ready to swim.

And no it was not two feet it was twelve.

I dried off and changed for biking.

Then me and my strange helmet someone lent me were off on the two mile bike ride. on that bike ride I passed all of the people my age but two.

And I was determined to pass the one closest to me.

And I did not give up until I passed him for second place.

Then finally my dad and I ran a half mile.
I passed the kid in first and felt like I was going to pass out. My dad and the crowd encouraged me to keep going.
And I finished 1st in my age group!

I was exhausted...
...but happy.
